¿Qué es una tarjeta de visita digital?
Una tarjeta de visita digital es una página web que reúne tus datos de contacto, tus enlaces y tu información profesional. La compartes con un enlace o un código QR en lugar de entregar una tarjeta impresa.
¿Necesito instalar una app?
No. Tu tarjeta se abre en cualquier navegador moderno y quien la recibe no necesita una cuenta ni una app.
¿Puedo añadir mi tarjeta a Apple Wallet o Google Wallet?
Todavía no. Los pases oficiales de Apple Wallet y Google Wallet llegarán pronto; el enlace, el QR, el compartir nativo y las direcciones NFC ya están disponibles.
¿Las empresas pueden gestionar las tarjetas de su equipo?
Sí. Un espacio de empresa mantiene una misma marca en todas las tarjetas, reúne a tu equipo en un solo lugar y permite a propietarios y administradores gestionar los roles.
¿Cuánto cuesta visit.cards?
Hay un plan gratuito. Pro cuesta 2,99 $ por usuario al mes, con facturación mensual. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras.
¿Qué pasa cuando termina la prueba Pro de 7 días?
Tu cuenta pasa al plan gratuito. Tus tarjetas, tus enlaces y tus analíticas se mantienen; solo las funciones Pro quedan bloqueadas hasta que mejores el plan.
¿Qué puede hacer quien la recibe sin instalar nada?
Abre tu tarjeta en su navegador y ve tu foto, cargo, empresa y datos. Con un toque te llama, abre tu correo, visita tu sitio web o inicia un chat de WhatsApp, y “Guardar contacto” te añade a su agenda.
Si cambio mis datos, ¿sigue funcionando la dirección que ya compartí?
Sí. Tu dirección de visit.cards y tu código QR no cambian, así que todos los que las abren ven la tarjeta actualizada. Si dejas de publicar la tarjeta, esa dirección deja de mostrarla.
¿NFC es un producto físico que vendéis?
No. No vendemos tarjetas ni etiquetas NFC. Copias tu dirección de visit.cards en una etiqueta o tarjeta NFC que ya tengas y, al acercarla, se abre tu tarjeta.

The sections below describe how the product works today, in plain language. They are not legal advice, and they are not a claim that any particular regulation is satisfied.

Privacy — what we store

Your account

When you sign up we store your name, email address, optional profile photo and the workspaces you belong to. Everything on your card — job title, company, phone, email, website, location, bio, links and photo — is content you enter yourself, and you can change or remove it at any time from your dashboard.

Card views

When someone opens a published card we record the event so the card owner can see it: approximate country, region and city from the network, device and browser type, the referring site's domain, and any UTM parameters in the link. We do not store the visitor's IP address. To tell repeat views apart we keep a one-way hash built from the IP, the browser string and a daily-rotating salt — it cannot be turned back into an IP and it stops matching after the day changes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar. Card numbers never reach visit.cards; we store the subscription and customer identifiers Polar returns, along with your plan, trial dates and billing period.

Unpublishing and deletion

Unpublishing a card stops its address from showing anything, immediately. Deleting a card removes it and its links. Closing your account is handled by request: email hello@visit.cards from your account address and we delete the account, its cards and its workspace data. There is no self-service delete button in the dashboard today.

What we do not claim

We make no certification, audit or encryption claims here, and we do not publish a support response time. If you need a specific written commitment for your company, ask us by email first.

Terms — using the service

What the service is

visit.cards gives you a digital business card page at your own visit.cards address, with a QR code, native sharing and a Save contact download. It runs in the browser; there is no app to install, for you or for the person receiving your card.

Plans and price

The Personal plan is free and includes one card. Pro is $2.99 per user per month, billed monthly in USD; in a workspace it is charged per active member. There is no annual plan, and choosing a language never changes the currency.

Trial and cancellation

Every new account starts a 7-day Pro trial with no credit card. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan and nothing is charged — your cards, links and stored analytics stay in place, only Pro features lock. You can cancel a paid subscription yourself from Subscription in the dashboard, which opens the Polar customer portal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Your content and your responsibility

You keep your content and are responsible for it: you must be allowed to publish the details, photo and links on your card, and a published card is public to anyone holding the address. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to impersonate someone else. We may suspend a card or account that does.

Features still coming

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are not available yet and are listed as coming soon; we do not promise a release date. Sharing today works through your link, your QR code, your browser's share sheet, and by writing your address to an NFC tag you already own — we do not sell NFC cards or tags.
